This creation takes its name from the geological treasure located in the Sutatausa cliffs and one of the most impressive rock formations in Colombia, home to a diverse wealth of flora and fauna typical of the sub-páramos.
It is a vital point of the region's indigenous heritage and a sacred place of payment and worship of Mother Earth. 'Tausa' means "tribute on the summit" in Chibcha. Among its rocks are treasured pictograms that are the country's archaeological heritage.
Its design is a modern and dramatic looking limestone. It has a base of classic and timeless gray tones, combined with marked warm veins that section its structure with a metallic effect. This combination brings depth and contrast to your look and defines it with delicate light tones.
Its use is ideal for vertical wall coverings, lobbies, niches and surfaces. Combine with light tones, either solid or grayish wood, to give a monochromatic look.
It can also be used on kitchen façades to give an industrial appearance, as well as in libraries, fronts and furniture structures in spaces that seek an urban air without losing the natural atmosphere.
